  1. I have a question. My grandson is 4 years old and has mastered the razor jr mini kick scooter. It is not height adjustable, the handlebars are stationary, and it is a “lean to turn” 3 wheeled design. He recieved an entry level Madd Gear composite deck 2 wheeled scooter for his birthday. This scooter has a height adjustable handlebar as well as the capability to steer like a bicycle. What is the best height level for the handlebar, and can we tighten up all the hex nuts so that it operates as a “lean to turn” scooter? He’s having a bit of difficulty steering the fullty turnable handlebars.
